HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal too!
1) Visit us at www.kilshee.com, and find the item you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you'll arrive at its product page.
3) Select the size you'd like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.
7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on "Pay now" or "Complete Order" before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number.
HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?
All payments are processed by PayPal, which is a very trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal. Also, do check us out on our instagram page @shopkilshee, and don't forget to follow us to keep up to date on promotions and new items.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is entirely FREE if you are getting the items shipped to the USA. International orders have a shipping fee.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Order processing time is between 4-7 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.
PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

All prices stated on our website are in United States Dollars (US$). For currency exchange conversions to your local currency, you can visit an online currency converter such as xe.com/ucc
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, processing time may vary. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out.
** THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. Process time is not included in above estimated times. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.
WHY DOES IT SHOW A LOW PRICE ON THE PACKAGING I RECEIVED?
The amount that will show on the envelope or package, will be for customs purposes only, and it is usually a lot less than the price of the item. Our suppliers list the value of the product as a lesser amount so that shipping, taxes, and customs charges are kept low which allows us to offer our products to to you at a low price. We also offer free shipping on all products, and in order to maintain this service, our suppliers have to list the value as less.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We must be notified before returning any items. Please message us your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved! Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it.
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning. Item total is refunded minus a restocking fee of $5.00 or 15% (whichever is greater). Find more information on our return & exchange section.
WHAT IS THE STORE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
For all other order cancellations, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed by our suppliers and manufacturers (generally within a couple hours), your order cannot be cancelled.
